The Annual General Meeting was held in person for the first time since Siemens Energy became independent in 2020. 800 shareholders attended the Annual General Meeting in Berlin in person. A total of 66.10 percent of the voting capital was represented. The Managing Board was discharged for the past fiscal year 2025 with at least 96 percent of the votes. The Supervisory Board was discharged with quotas of over 95 percent.
