The Supervisory Board of Siemens Energy AG consists of 20 members. As stipulated by the German Codetermination Act, half of the members represent Company shareholders, and half represent Company employees. The term of office of the shareholder representatives will expire in principle at the conclusion of the general shareholders’ meeting that resolves on their discharge for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024. The employee representatives were appointed by court until their ordinary election in accordance with the provisions of the German Codetermination Act. The employee representatives are marked with an asterisk (*).
