The share buyback resolved on May 9, 2025 by Siemens Energy AG will commence on 12 May 2025. In the time period until 30 September 2025 at the longest, treasury shares of the Siemens Energy AG with a maximum value of EUR 170,000,000.00 (excluding incidental transaction charges) shall be acquired, in total, however, no more than 70,000,000 no-par-value shares.
