The Hub provides easy access to step‑by‑step manuals and short training videos, helping you quickly find the information you need while working in OSP, exactly when you need it. All learning content is designed to support you in understanding processes and completing your tasks efficiently.
Get Support
Beyond training content, the Training and Support Hub also offers direct access to support. Using the integrated “Create support ticket” button, you can easily submit support requests directly from OSP. In addition, a dedicated FAQ section provides quick answers to common questions, helping you resolve issues faster without leaving the portal.
