With over 20 years of experience across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and Asia‑Pacific, he brings deep expertise spanning strategy, sales, product development, and large‑scale infrastructure projects.

Andreas is widely engaged in the evolving data centre and LNG ecosystem, focusing on how flexible gas‑based solutions can address growing AI‑driven power demand while enabling faster deployment and greater energy security.

Ardit Bitincka is Head of North America Sales Operations at Siemens Energy, where he leads market intelligence, commercial strategy, pricing, and forecasting for the gas turbine business. With 15 years of experience in the energy industry, including the last 10 years in commercial and sales leadership roles, he specializes in market sizing, competitive intelligence, and energy infrastructure trends across North America.

His work focuses on understanding how AI, data centers, and electrification are driving energy demand and transforming the power generation market.

Monaam Htiouech is the Head of Generation Sales – Middle East at Siemens Energy and a member of the regional leadership team. He leads commercial strategy, major power generation opportunities, and energy transition initiatives across the region. With over 21 years of experience in the energy sector, he has held leadership roles in sales, marketing, and services across Germany, South Korea, and the Middle East.

Monaam holds dual Master’s degrees from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and École Centrale de Paris (ECP), as well as an MBA from the Collège des Ingénieurs (CDI).
